Thank you for shopping with EON Specialty Coffee. Below you'll find all the details regarding our shipping process within Canada.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship exclusively within Canada. Orders placed with addresses outside of Canada will not be processed.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Local (Ontario): 1–5 business days

National (Rest of Canada): 2–7 business days
We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 CAD (before tax) within Canada.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@eonspecialtycoffee.com. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. However, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
